I love how simple it is to submit claims and even receive direct deposit for reimbursement. The only con I can think of is whish they paid more or offered prescription coverage on maintenance medication. That being said, they have helped cover so many vaccinations and microchip. We had an emergency vet visit and they covered 70% and saved us from taking mounting debt to pay for it. I even received the reimbursement in less than a week.

My lil guy recently had to have emergency surgery to remove a foreign body, very expensive, over $6k in total. I called Spot to verify everything they would need to process the claim. They were very empathetic about my situation and provided clear instructions as to everything they would need. I wholeheartedly recommend Spot Pet Insurance for each of your beloved pets! The claims process is done through their app and reviewed quickly as long as you submit the appropriate paperwork. Usually, you just submit an itemized receipt from the vet along with the veterinarian's notes.
